Sharjah University approached us to implement a smart conference room automation solution in Sharjah for the Vice Chairman’s executive meeting space.After understanding their requirements and analysing the existing setup, we designed and delivered an executive conference room automation system that brings smart AC control, automated curtain control system and smart lighting controlsolutions together into one seamless experience.

As per their requirements we began by assessing the conference room layout, existing setup, usage patterns and operational expectations.Based on this analysis, we recommended and implemented a KNX automation system using Schneider Electric modules as the backbone of the room’s control infrastructure to ensure reliability, flexibility and long-term performance.
We installed a smart HVAC system that allows precise climate control. The Vice Chairman’s team can adjust heating or cooling instantly using the touch panel, mobile app, or even with voice commands. This ensures that no matter the season, the room remains comfortable for every meeting, without disruption.
We implemented a DALI-based lighting system that gives full control over brightness and ambiance. With a simple tap or voice command, the lighting can shift from a dimmed presentation mode to a relaxed discussion setting. It ensures that every meeting is lit just right by enhancing productivity and comfort.
The automated curtain and blind system allows natural light to be adjusted effortlessly. Whether it’s reducing glare during presentations or ensuring privacy, the curtains can be opened or closed at the push of a button. This ensures the room’s atmosphere is always just right for the moment.
All these HVAC, lighting, curtains and blinds systems are controlled through a single interface, which includes touch panel, iPad, mobile application and voice control. This unified control gives users the freedom to manage the room easily, whether they are seated at the table or moving around the room, they can manage the entire room effortlessly without technical complexity.
The architecture is engineered for stable, continuous operation in a mission-critical executive environment.
